Delete your Around the Globe account
You can permanently delete your Around the Globe: Travel Companion account inside the app.
In-app deletion
1. Open Profile & Settings.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Review which data will be deleted.
4. Enter the required confirmation.
5. Approve permanent deletion.
The in-app deletion process begins immediately.
If you cannot access the app
Send an email from the address associated with your account to:
support@aroundtheglobeapp.com
Use this subject:
Around the Globe account deletion
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing the request. Email deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days after identity verification.
Data deleted
Deleting your account removes:
• Your Around the Globe account and profile
• Synchronized saved places and favorites
• Synchronized trip plans and itineraries
• Saved travel preferences
• Beta feedback linked to your account
Data stored only in guest mode on a device is separate from the signed-in account and may remain on that device.
Retention
We do not intentionally retain active app account data after deletion, except where limited records must temporarily remain for security, technical backup, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance purposes. Such information is retained only for the applicable required period.
